Dang good BBQ!! I appreciate my BBQ joints being old school. Serve me a delicious lean BBQ sandwich with yummy slaw and smothered in sauce and I'm in heaven. Kyle's didn't disappoint. Hush Puppies were fire. Nothing sweet here. Like it's meant to be. Fries also good. Loved the hometown feels. Service was quick and right on. Can't wait for my next trip.

I love their kids cheeseburger, onion rings, and iced tea! Each are the best served in Gastonia! They also serve an excellent grilled cheese sandwich with the yummy melted cheese, crisp lettuce, tomato and onions! Delicious and hard to beat! The service is very friendly and attentive and the prices very reasonable! Not fancy, but cozy, casual, and down home!

I had heard this was good BBQ, but I was not prepared for PERFECTION! They actually smoke their meat, AND the baked beans! BBQ had NO gristle, no fat, but was moist. They don't sauce it; they let you do that. There ate 2 sauces: one is your typical,sweet, tomato based, bottled sauce. The other is house made and is vinegar based; not too hot, not too mild. The baked beans were a bit sweet for me, but lightly smoked baked beans? Sign me up! The cole slaw was the weakest part of the meal. Too soupy, mayonnaise-y, with a strong dill pickle flavor. I never mention iced tea-it's either too sweet or not sweet enough. This iced tea is PERFECT!! Really! That must be why the sell so much of it! They only have a VERY SMALL dining room, so either take it to go, or be prepared for a wait. Trust me, it's worth the wait!!

Really good food. Not priced high like other restaurants. Waitresses are great and keep drinks refilled. Burgers are big for a small.

Smoky I get extra bbq sauce I'm not a fan of hush puppy's but these have good flavor and not greasy The burger is big. A single is big. Nice and thick I think one of the best in the area The sliced pork is usually dry because it's from the lean loin. With extra sauce it's tender and smoky the small is big to me Coleslaw is finely ground, I like it on the burger. not too sweet beans Fries come unsalted I'm not fond of Hunts ketchup. Small issue I order to go because of the often long wait. I plan 30 minutes to get my order Cash only
